Apr. 3rd, 2003 02:42 pmI never write in this thing, which is silly, because so many things have been happening lately! In my life, I mean!
Tonight I'm going bowling. In a league, I joined a bowling league. It's only four weeks long, and only eight bucks a week, and at the end I get a bowling ball! Amazing! It's me and three guys from work, on the team. I hope I don't embarrass myself. I was on my high school varsity bowling team both junior AND senior year, take that. Only because no girls ever went out for the team, though, I wasn't very good.
Whenever someone mentions bowling, I find a way to mention that I was on my high school varsity bowling team for two years.
Yesterday was gorgeous. Crystal and I got food and ate it outside at work. I got a beef stew at Wawa. I love Wawa beef stew, I think it's delicious. But they never have it; so whenever it's on the menu, I get some. It's not very eat-outside-because-it's-nice-and-sunny-and-warm-appropriate food, but it was still really good.
That kid James had his dog with him, because he was going to take it to the vet after work. He left him in his van the whole day. He left the windows open, and I went over there and checked it out, and it wasn't hot in there or anything; but man, bored dog, no? James is a little weird. He's all right though.
I wish I were home playing Animal Crossing, or Zelda. Outside on my balcony.
Man, "cheese-eating surrender monkeys," am I right? I love that shit.
I went to pick Kelly and Neil up from the airport yesterday. On my way across the Ben Franklin Bridge, the sun was setting in front of me and it was breathtaking. It took me too long to get my stupid camera out of my stupid purse, though. Next time. Next time I'll be ready.
Man, looks like I didn't have anything to say AFTER all. Dammit.
