Okay, so you know how those cops in London shot that dude? I'm confused.

I thought cops in England didn't carry guns. Did this change at some point? The article would mention if they were like a special security team or something, right?

Also I hope they end up telling us that yes this dude did most definitely have a bomb, cuz otherwise, man, shooting a guy five times in front of a bunch of people: yikes. Scary.

Also also, what the fuck is up with extending the Patriot Act until INFINITY??? Jesus.
